From the East:
Take I-55/70 West into St. Louis and merge onto I-64 West. Take I-64 to I-170 North, then exit at Galleria Parkway. Turn right on onto S. Brentwood Blvd. Enter at University Club Tower Building.

From the West:
Take I-61/40/64 East to the Brentwood Blvd. exit towards I-170, then turn left on S. Brentwood Blvd. Enter at University Club Tower Building.
From St. Charles, take I-70 East to I-170 South to the Brentwood Blvd South exit.
